Last updated: 4 October 2026 Welcome to LALCAT (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website https://lalcat.com (the “Website”) and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

LALCAT is a women’s clothing brand operated by LALCAT, a sole proprietorship owned by Honey.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or be using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

3. Products and Descriptions

We try to display product colours, prints and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting during photography, and the handmade or printed nature of some garments. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect. All sizes are as per the size chart on each product page. Please measure before ordering; sizing differences of up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) are within acceptable manufacturing tolerance.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and offers may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order.
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. All payments are made online through a secure third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card details. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at present.
  • You can pay by UPI app, UPI QR code, card, net banking or wallet on the secure PhonePe payment page. Your order is confirmed automatically as soon as the payment succeeds.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud.
  • Cancellation by you: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled; you may request an exchange as per our Exchange Policy.
  • Cancellation by us: If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India through third-party courier partners. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and charges.
  • Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999; standard charges apply below that.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, festivals, strikes or courier delays beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package on receipt and report any damage within 48 hours with photos.

7. Exchanges and Refunds

We offer an exchange-only policy. Unused garments with original tags and packaging can be exchanged for another size or colour within 2 days of delivery, subject to availability. Refunds are provided only if the item received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered and a replacement is not available. Full details are in our Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Accounts and Security

You may create an account to track orders and save details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website – including the LALCAT name, logo, “Wear Your Signature” tagline, product photographs, designs, text and graphics – is owned by or licensed to LALCAT and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to: – use the Website for any unlawful purpose; – attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; – post false reviews or misleading content; – resell products purchased from the Website without our consent. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

11. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews, photos or comments, you grant LALCAT a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share that content for promotional purposes. You confirm the content is your own and does not violate any third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LALCAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

13. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites (payment gateways, courier tracking, social media). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ambala, Haryana.

19. Style Rewards (Customer Videos, Likes and Points)

  1. Who can take part. Style Rewards is open to registered LALCAT customers aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, take part only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
  2. Your content. You may share a public Instagram reel or post link, or upload a video of yourself wearing LALCAT products. You confirm that you created the content, that you own it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights, show other people without their consent, or contain anything unlawful, offensive or misleading.
  3. Permission to display. By submitting, you give LALCAT a free, non-exclusive right to display your content on lalcat.com and on LALCAT’s official social media pages, with your first name and the first letter of your surname. You keep ownership of your content. You can ask us to remove it at any time by writing to support@lalcat.com.
  4. Review. Every submission is reviewed before it appears. We can decline or remove any content at our discretion, for example if it is unrelated to LALCAT, low quality, or breaks these terms.
  5. How points are earned. Points are earned on approved content as follows: 25 points when your story is approved; 2 points for each customer who likes it (the first like from each customer only, and only likes from customers who have placed an order with LALCAT earn points); and 1 point for every 10 views of your story on lalcat.com. A daily limit applies to the points a single story can earn. Views are counted once per visitor per day. Likes and views from your own account, from bots, or from accounts created to give likes do not count.
  6. Using points. 10 points equal ₹1. When you have at least 500 points you can exchange points for a one-time discount coupon in My Account → Style Rewards. Each coupon works on one order only, for the account holder’s email address; needs a minimum order of ₹999; expires 60 days after it is created; cannot be combined with other coupons; and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. No cash value. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not a payment instrument.
  8. Fair use. We may withhold or cancel points, cancel coupons, remove content or close accounts if we reasonably believe points were obtained by cheating, including fake accounts, automated activity, paid or traded likes, or any breach of these terms.
  9. Changes. We may change or end Style Rewards, including the point values and limits, with notice on this page. Points earned before a change are honoured unless they were obtained against these terms.
